Kubwa, Abuja, Nigeria—Two Leadership & Development Studies (LADS) groups joined forces on a Transformation Project (TP) to promote cleanliness and environmental discipline in their community.

A group of 14 met for two weeks, and a group of eight met for 16 weeks to study the LADS program and brainstorm ideas for the TP.

The groups raised funds and contributed personal savings to buy 10 plastic and two metal waste bins, mops, and rakes. They also designed and printed five informational banners for display at key locations around the campus of the Evangelical Church Winning All (ECWA), Public Works (PW) Kubwa.

The groups wrapped up the TP with a presentation on the International Leadership Foundation’s (ILF) work in Nigeria and how collaboration can amplify their impact in building the Nigeria they envision.
