Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo—On 29–30 April 2026, the International Leadership Foundation in the DRC hosted a vision-sharing conference to introduce key leaders from across society to the Young Leaders League (Y2L) and Leadership & Development Studies (LADS). Attendees included leaders from churches, universities, and other educational institutions.

Following the conference, 97 participants took part in the Transforming Leadership & Governance (TLG) Seminar, which covered Character, Calling, Change, Integrity, and Community Building.

As a result of the training, participants launched 11 Transformation Projects focused on youth development.
