Prof. Delanyo Adadevoh
Prof. Delanyo Adadevoh is the Founder and President of the International Leadership Foundation (ILF). For more than four decades, he has shared insights and experiences regarding leadership and societal transformation with tens of thousands of students, professionals, religious leaders, executives, diplomats, and heads of state.
Adadevoh has a B.Sc. (Honors) in Chemistry from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (Ghana), a M.A. in Social Science with emphasis on Leadership Studies from Azusa Pacific University in California, and a Ph.D. in Interpretation Theories from Leeds University, England.
Adadevoh is passionate about transforming Africa and the world with the unique distinctive of compelling moral visions based on God-centered values. To fulfill this vision, he helped found the Africa Leadership and Management Academy (ALMA) in Zimbabwe, the International Leadership University (ILU) in Burundi, and ALMA University College Ghana to develop leaders of integrity who have the competencies to spearhead holistic transformation in strategic spheres of society.
To the same end, Adadevoh also helped found the International Leadership Foundation (ILF), with its global headquarters in Accra, Ghana. ILF has expanded from Africa to Latin America and the Caribbean, Europe, Asia, and the United States of America. Delanyo Adadevoh is also an Associate Professor for the International Leadership University alliance in Africa.
A citizen of Ghana, he has also lived in Nigeria, Kenya, and Zimbabwe. Prof. Adadevoh and his wife, Elizabeth, reside in Orlando, Florida.
