Dr. Victor Manyim
Dr. Victor M. Manyim is the Africa Director of Organizational Development Consulting at the International Leadership Foundation. He holds a Mechanical Engineering Degree from the National Advanced School of Engineering of the University of Yaoundé I (First in Batch) and a Strategic Leadership and Leadership Coaching Doctorate from Regent University in Virginia, USA.
He is the Inventor of Nine Forces of Change©, a methodology to overdetermine the adoption of productive behaviors he designed for his doctoral works at Regent University. He has facilitated or co-facilitated with the highest-level audiences in Africa, including the President of the Central African Republic, Cabinet Ministers, and CEOs.
He has been a civil instructor at the Cameroon National Gendarmerie, where he taught strategies to promote ethical behavior among troops using the Nine Forces of Change. Dr. Manyim has coached various executives across Africa and beyond, including a General Manager of MTN Cameroon Mobile Money and a U.S. Air Force Instructor.
As part of his rich experience, he has over 150 hours of leadership coaching, 300 hours of youth leadership facilitation, and 120 hours of executive leadership facilitation.
His passion for developing young leaders has driven him to influence more than 15,000 high school students in Cameroon through Young Leaders Coaching, a youth leadership development system he designed with a pan-African team of scholars and youth and leadership experts.
