Dr. Musimbi Ondeko

Dr. Musimbi Ondeko is a chiropractic doctor running a private practice in Nairobi, Kenya. She graduated from Sherman College of Chiropractic in Spartanburg, South Carolina, USA, and is a member of her alma mater’s Board of Regents. Earlier, Ondeko graduated from the Lester B. Pearson United World College (UWC) of the Pacific in Vancouver, Canada, a unique college promoting international understanding. Dr. Ondeko’s experience at this college inspired her interest in leadership, leading her to serve as chairperson of the Kenya National Committee of UWC and as a member of the International Board of UWC. In these capacities, she traveled to the “four corners” of the world, which exposed her to different nations and cultures, enriching her international experience. This created a desire to see good servant leaders of integrity in Kenya and worldwide.

Dr. Ondeko facilitates leadership training during Transforming Leadership & Governance Seminars (TLG Seminars) and the Oakseed Leadership Course (OSELC) while serving as a member of the Institute for National Transformation and serves as a member of the International Leadership Foundation (ILF)–Kenya Board.

She also serves on the executive committee of the Executive Leadership Network (ELNET), which networks leaders of integrity to spearhead the holistic transformation of Kenya and beyond. Dr. Ondeko is the national chairperson of the Progressive Leadership Forum, which nurtures and mentors servant leaders of integrity. She is also the chair of the Ex-Kenya High School Christian Fellowship, which gives spiritual guidance, mentoring, and other support to maintain the school’s standards.

Dr. Ondeko is married to Dr. John N. Ondeko, and they have three sons and a daughter.
